IPSU is a service for job seekers with disabilities who need support in their education. You apply through the Swedish Public Employment Service and then choose AKG Sweden as the provider. The goal is for you to be able to complete your education, develop your skills, and strengthen your opportunities for employment.
Support can be provided in labor market training, preparatory education, or at a folk high school.
When you participate in IPSU, you receive a plan that is tailored to your needs. It includes an assessment before the start of your studies, ongoing support during your education, and access to assistive tools if needed.
We analyze your conditions and compare them with the requirements of the program. Here we look at what support and aids may be relevant. The results form the basis for planning.
During the training, you receive support in creating structure, using effective study techniques, and adapting the material to your needs. The support gradually decreases as you develop your own strategies.
