Sales and service is a labor market training program through the Swedish Public Employment Service for those who are unemployed or at risk of becoming unemployed. The training is free of charge and entitles you to benefits support. The goal is for you to gain the knowledge and experience needed to quickly secure a position in the labor market.

Through the labor market training in Sales and Service at AKG Sweden, you will gain the right skills and experience to increase your chances of employment.
What is Sales and Service?
How labor market training works at AKG Sweden
The training always starts with an individual assessment. After that, various modules follow that gradually build up your knowledge step by step.
Mapping and individual study plan
We go through your previous experiences and knowledge and create a plan that is tailored to your circumstances.
Theoretical and practical knowledge
You will receive training in customer service and interaction, sales and warehousing, administration, as well as digital tools such as the Office suite, social media, and search engines.
Workplace-based learning (internships)
During 20 days, you will gain practical experience at a workplace. Here you can apply your knowledge, develop professional skills, and build a network. If you need help finding an internship, we will support you all the way.

After the labor market training in Sales and Service, you can work in several different professional areas, for example:

Business Salesperson
Warehouse worker
You will also receive certificates or qualifications that enhance your opportunities in the job market.
Who can take the training at AKG Sweden and where is it offered?
Sales and service is a labor market training program for those who are unemployed, or at risk of becoming unemployed, and who are registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service.
The length of the program varies depending on your previous experience and goals. The training lasts at least six months and up to one year. The training is held with us at AKG Sverige in Vårby, Botkyrkavägen 4.

How to apply for Sales and Service
To apply for the labor market training in Sales and Service, you should contact the Swedish Public Employment Service. You can also arrange a study visit through the Employment Service to get more information about the training and to see if it suits you.
When you choose AKG Sweden as your training provider, you receive support throughout the process, from individual planning to internships and the final certificate.
